Location: Somerset, Middlesex, and Mercer County, NJ

Tang Group Real Estate, a leading real estate brokerage in Hillsborough, NJ, is seeking a licensed NJ real estate agent to join our team. Our growing company is focused on expanding in 2023 and we have a high volume of tenant leads that we need experienced support to handle. We are looking for an ambitious, motivated and knowledgeable agent who is willing to take on tenant leads as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a tenant's agent and assist clients in finding suitable properties to rent
• Market available properties to potential tenants
• Negotiate leases and handle all necessary paperwork
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and landlords

Compensation:

• Commission split: The agent will receive 75% of the total commission earned from all deals brought into the brokerage, including leasing deals, buyer transactions, and seller transactions.
• No cap on earning potential: There is no limit to how much the agent can earn as they are only limited by the number of successful deals they bring in.
• Commission paid at closing: Commission earned from a successful deal will be paid at the time of closing.

• Leads provided: Tang Group Real Estate provides a steady flow of leads for our agents.
• Training: Our brokerage offers training and support to help agents grow their careers and reach their goals.

Requirements:

• Active NJ real estate license (MUST)
• Experience in leasing
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords
• Strong organizational and time management skills
